When This Is Over

"When This Is Over" is a devised play that explores how young people process their past, present, and future and the events that have shaped their lives. Originally created by Company 3, a UK-based youth theatre group, the first version premiered in 2022 and was based on the personal stories of five sixteen-year-olds. Our version, which featured nearly 40 students from Pascack Hills and Pascack Valley High Schools, reflects a broader range of voices, experiences, and perspectives. While the structure and content of our production are uniquely our own, it shares the original play’s core questions: How did we get here? and How do we move forward?
